I was finishing up and animation with I got a sudden inspiration to do this pic. It’s made in the same scene as the animation, same lighting, same model etc, but has nothing to do with the animation itself. Mostly I just wanted to see if the rig for the character could assume a predetermined pose.

Rendered in Mental Ray

Hey another classic you got here. You know that I liked your chess globe and well I like this too. This is very detailed. The shadows on the thinker, and the reflections on the floor, and architecture of the room the thinker is in is all great. I love the style and design on the thinker, the thinker has interesting features, like the lamp light head, the large fingers, and round feet. It's all good and I guess I shall call this another :fav+:

Wonderful all around, from the materials and lighting to the perspective and modeling. If this was available for print, you have me sold.
Classic... Great job man!

-the 2 colours work well too, the blueish background doesn't fit much though, although not sure what to do, some blurry texture with this cream and cyan...-

They're kinda right =\ its the only part that looks a little off ^_^ yay for shiny!
